Yale biographic questionnaire - question

<p>On the Yale biographic questionnaire, there’s a section to list sports and a drop down menu to select the level at which the sport was played.</p>

<p>The drop down menu lists “varsity, club, and intramural.” I’m assuming intramural is reserved for college intramural sports. I ran Cross Country and Track in high school. However, for several years in each sport, I was not considered “varsity.” I was freshman or junior varsity.</p>

<p>Which label should I select for my high school sports?</p>

<p>I just put varsity since that’s the only one that really applies to high school.</p>

<p>Some high schools have intramural sports and club teams in addition to the JV/Varsity offerings. You should list “varsity” since it most represents how the sport (Track) was treated at your school.</p>
