@almosttheremulan, post #2255: You are NOT A LOSER!!! No one posting here is. Read this, and move forward with the rest of your life: http://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/15/opinion/sunday/frank-bruni-how-to-survive-the-college-admissions-madness.html?rref=collection%2Fcolumn%2Ffrank-bruni&_r=1. Best of luck to you!

thnx, but i have exceeded my limit of 10 free articles
anyways, i’ve been reading about frank bruni for a month now

I cant believe it but
I got into Yale Princeton Columbia Brown (PLME) Dartmouth Upenn

To Everyone Who did not get in: I went to Brooklyn College and from there got into Yale and Harvard Law Schools (I graduated from Yale). You can still be so successful and your hard work is not a waste–at least you tried which is what is important. The competition is brutal so super qualified people are getting rejected. Wherever you go get the best grades you can to keep all your opportunities open. My son got rejected from Yale, Princeton, watilisted by Columbia (legacy) and into Univ of Texas for engineering and also free ride to Rutgers. He also got into WUSL and rejected from Duke. Don’t let someone on the admissions committee define you–be kind to yourself this week and be proud that you tried.

@exl028 Congratulations! What will your choice be? You should be so proud!

International from Spain rejected from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia and UPenn.
Oh well, saw that coming.
Got into NYU though!

Accepted here and Penn

Deferred SCEA -> rejected today. I am not surprised, but a little bummed. I have good options in front of me. Congrats and good luck to all!

@cresent She got into the Honors program at Univ of Conn. It was more of a safety school for her. Congrats on the good news today for you. She is leaning towards Northeastern or GW. Her interest is criminology.

Can someone post the content of the rejection letter?

@noname876 On my! Not nearly as much as the traveling to visit some of these places! But it is a big decision and would rather have her see the school before making the commitment. Good luck to you.

@twomore2pay4 you are so right! For now I have just visited Yale, MIT, Amherst and Harvard… And yes, it is a lot of money!
