School’s gonna go by so slowly tomorrow
It’s going to be a long day, certainly.
I’ll find out at12:00 am on Wednesday… So I’ll just have to go through the whole day tomorrow, and it is a long one. I have a project to present, and I have an interview with another college in the afternoon. I honestly have no idea how I’ll be able to talk about another school while being so panicked about Yale. But OMG LESS THAN 27 HOURS LEFT!
@an1620 Same! Well, almost. Decisions come out at 1 am on Wednesday in my time zone, so I’ll also have to go through an entire day tomorrow with a bunch of finals to take and things to do. I really think that as soon as I get home, I won’t do anything other than obsessively refreshing the status portal until it’s 1 o’clock.
@aposnova I feel you! After I finish with my interview, I’m either gonna stare at the portal until it’s 12, or I’m gonna try to sleep until decisions are released. Probably the second version will be impossible :))
When we log into the portals will the decision be right there, or do we have to click something first?
Hey guys, I have a question: do admissions officers tell your guidance counsellors if you’ve been accepted or not before the decision is released?

I know college decisions are very much a personal process but I feel like the community around me and my teachers have invested so much time and effort into me that I owe them. An acceptance would mean not only the world to me but also my family and those around me. It’s a little difficult to carry that burden and those expectations. I just really don’t want to let anyone down. It’s one thing if it were just me, but to have to tell all those who hoped along with me I was rejected would be awful.
@Kasami I know exactly what you mean. I haven’t told anyone extra… Just my recommenders and a couple people are aware of where I applied. But I feel like those people are almost as invested in it as I am.
One day left until we find out our fate! I wonder if this thread will implode over the next 24 hours
