"admissions decisions on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. E.D.T. "
Just logged onto my portal. Did the checklist disappear for everyone? :o Looks like they’re getting ready to release the decisions!
One week!!
The countdown begins :!!
@kuriosmind
checklist disappear for me as well.
Disappeared for me D:
OMG! @frenchtoastlover heyy again.
Ethics,politics and economics also ^^
Hey @Oddenigma! Nice to see you Also, gotta say you have a nice choice of major!
i have a question like do any of you receive the notification email on what time will the decision be released ? And my online checklist disappear too
When are Bulldog Days this year?
Probably the third week of April, if the program runs like last year’s did @soccerboy16
@soccerboy16 Bulldog Days for admitted students will be Apr 25-27. If admitted and you attend, prepare to have Yale put on the full court press to get you to matriculate.
I would love to have Yale put on the full court press to get me to matriculate
YALE PLZ ACCEPT ME
Decisions will NOT be out before the 31st. It’s foolish even think about that. Yale is bound by joint agreement that all the Ivies announce on the same day.
So I had an interview in the middle of February. I’ve seen a lot of you mention the “paper vs reality” check that interviewers make, but my interviewer hadn’t seen my application. She only knew my name, email, and phone number. Was this specific to me? Are interviewers supposed to know your stats?
@wisako they’re not supposed to know your stats
@wisako, not only are they not supposed to know your stats, there’s no way for them to get your stats. Your name hit an assignment database shortly after you hit “submit” – no one had physically even read a single item in your file. You could be a shoo-in or a zero-chancer.
Waitlisted by Stanford, I sincerely hope that Yale will accept me.
Rejected by Stanford. I don’t even know what to think or hope for on Ivy Day! Btw my portal does not show a checklist anymore. Just checked it 5 minutes before posting this.
Does it happen where schools like Yale will think more selectively if a student from the previous year got accepted? A girl last year was recruited from my school. Will this hurt me in the slightest?
