Yale has a great alumni magazine.

My sister is an alumni and currently in lives in Boston, but her Yale magazines still get sent to our house. The articles are always interesting, and the whole thing is really well-put together. I feel like i’m getting a really genuine glimpse into the university. Any alum agree with me here?

…I’m not sure if I like it so much because I love Yale, or if its a great magazine, but whatever, haha.

I agree! I’m not an alum but my interviewer game me one of his Yale alumni magazines for me to keep. I thought that was really nice of him.

really thoughtful of your interviewer! by the way, i don’t mean to close the discussion for alum only.

Something not in the printed magazine is this ongoing list of proposed names for the new colleges

Gertrude Stein College? She’s certainly worthy of commemoration, but I don’t think they’ll name it after a Radcliffe grad!

I find it disturbing that there was no mention of William Lyon Phelps.

Isn’t Phelps Gate named for him?

No- different Phelps.
