Since the regular mail is being sent out on friday, would it be possible that it would arrive at my house by saturday or monday, assuming that I live in Maine???

Monday, I’d bet.

I kind of want to wait until I get the letter to find out if i was deferred/rejected…just so it can be like in the movies where the kid races to the mailbox each day, finally receives the letter, and opens it with his family all gathered around. :)

I entertained that idea, but then, thought: Who am I kidding?? I’m going to be dying of anxiety as it is… why prolong it??

Haha yeah, I’ll be too anxious to wait for the letter as well…and acceptance letters in the mail don’t play music!

Not Saturday. Expect similar patterns to that of people from Boston area (or worse), which was Mon-ish.

note that if it follows same as years previous, acceptance letter comes in a lovely little package with some things in it, here is a picture: [What’s in the ‘fat envelope’?
