Yale-NUS Round 2 Interviews

thanks asig15!

It is now officially March 20 in Singapore.

From the looks of the earlier thread, there we will probably have to wait for another 24 hours.

And if one looks at it logically, decisions won’t be out for at least another 9-10 hours.
Although decisions are available online and have probably been uploaded by now, they still have to be manually released (i.e. someone will have to ‘push the button’. I doubt they’ll do that in the middle of the night. They’ll need support staff in place in case of any unforeseen problem.

Plus since the system is based on Yale’s system, they will probably follow a similar timetable. Which would mean decisions should be released around 5 PM Singapore time.

So don’t wait up, folks. I mean, eagerly wait. But don’t stay up.

it certainly seems like nervouskid is right. Its already past 2 am in singapore. hopefully they’ll upload it early tomorrow.

no email but results are up

Accepted!
I can barely type.

Congrats! Me too!

Omg really? Pm!!

Is yale nus one of your top choices?

rejected. lol :P

@thesmiter you?

Rejected. No surprise there. Y’all should post your stats on the decisions thread so I can prove to myself that I deserve to have been rejected compared to everyone else ;)

Rejected…didnt expect much to be honest

Accepted. Pleasant surprise since I was rejected to Yale SCEA.
Can anyone else see a financial aid package?

“Please note that only admissions information is available at this time. We are still in the process of reviewing financial aid applications.”

@rew2402: Rejected, saw it coming a mile away, but I still find it hard to understand why I wasn’t even offered an interview.

Rejected here.

Damn, is YN really going to be the new extension of the Ivy League?

does anyone know if they pay for your flights to experience yale-nus weekend?
