Is the Regular Decision deadline for Yale at 11:59 on January 2nd or 11:59 on January 1st?

no later than the 2nd means NOT the 3rd.
As usual, I give the advice to not wait until the last minute to apply. Clicking at 11:55 p.m. and having a computer glitch is not a good thing (and not an excuse that will fly with them).
