Yale Short Answers Question

In the question ‘What person, past or present, would you invite to speak? What question would you ask?’, could I put Jesus as the person I would invite to speak?

Yes. And I’m sure many many applicants have said so.

I was in doubt between Jesus or Stanley Kubrick. Do you think I should put Kubrick given that less applicants will choose so?

I think you choose the one that is more important to you

Don’t overthink it. They will be interested more in what question you ask, not who you invite.

It is best not to overthink things, but if you want to overthink, consider that it would have been better to say “fewer applicants …” than “less applicants …” For extra credit, someone help me figure out whether that previous sentence/fragment needs a concluding period. :))

I intend no snark with this, I just got off the phone with Apple support after 4 (FOUR!!!) hours and had to let off steam.
