@E1inaz I believe only juniors are allowed to apply so Iām not sure if you can apply again next year.
@ScienceDynamics ops thanks for reminding me. It says only ārising seniorā can apply, Iāll try figure that out. But no matter Iāll apply again or not, knowing more about the people who were admitted would still help me a lot lol

@E1inaz I was accepted this year and I was surprised. I think most people are with this sort of thing because you can never be told exactly what to do to get an offer. There really arenāt any guarantees. Some programs will accept you and others wonāt, but the important part is to present yourself as authentically as possible. Talk about what truly matters to you rather than what you think matters to anyone else, that way if a program likes you for who you are they will give you a chance and youāll have a great experience in a place where you belong.
If you are trying to choose some projects you want to pursue to build an academic profile for college or a program I think itās best to take a step back and look at the big picture. Do what you love doing in a way that is personally significant to you instead. Donāt let anyone else steer you away into doing the ārightā extracurriculars. Work on the passions you have that will stay with you for life rather than for high school or college and work on them as much as you can. It will be more sustainable, youāll feel a lot better about your work and youāll probably enjoy doing it a lot more.
If things didnāt go your way with this application in particular just move on to the next thing. Donāt be discouraged
