<p>So for ECs I am going to put boy scouts (close to eagle!), and on some apps there are a years participated section. Should I include the years I was a cub scout, or just stick to when I started boy scouts? Just want to avoid putting 9 years, and have colleges scratching their heads.</p>
<p>Say nine, but then explain that this includes cub scouts in additional info. They’ve had plenty of BSA applicants so I’m sure they’ll know without you telling them anyway, but put it in additional info to be safe.</p>
