Yikes! February ACT

I am taking the February ACT (the 11th) to be looked at for college admissions. Every college I have applied to definitively accepts ACT scores from this test date, except for the University of Michigan, which, according to the admissions office, "will take the test score into account only if they receive it before they review your application." I applied late into the application pool [U-M has a rolling decision policy] -- around 1/18/12. Will there be a possibility that my ACT scores will be taken into account? My highest SAT score in one sitting was an 1880, which is not too good for U-M standards. I really wanted to boost my test score up, considering that I am OOS and applying late into the application process.
A little bit about me: 3.8 UW GPA, 4.8 Weighted, within top 10 of graduating class(out of 475). Legacy at U-M. U-M is number one 'school of choice'. My practice ACT tests show me making between a 31-32 on the actual ACT.
