I do not have any more weddings this summer:(, and my social activities will consist of going to hear live music, with gatherings before/after.
I’m not performing, but I like to dress for it, ( I don’t mean dressing like I’m going to be on stage, but different than if I was going out to dinner) but I don’t want to look like I think I am 25.
In the winter, it’s fairly easy. skinny jean, tshirt/blouse, or skirt, vegan Moto jacket & boots,
But for summer, my dresses are more garden party, which makes me feel like someone’s mom, even if the musicians are my age.
It’s not really a big deal, after all this is Seattle where we are casual in all things, but I’d love to hear of creative or quirky outfits that both sexes have had fun putting together when they go out.
Or conversely, what is your go-to uniform?
In other news, I had my first ever mani/pedi yesterday & I can’t stop admiring myself!

How about jeggings and a cool tunic? That is one of my favorite looks. D approved.
Try a little Bohemian chic. Really interesting lightweight maxi skirt for warm weather, soft well cut denim shirt and really cool belt. Pair with strappy wedges for slimming height
Do you not like maxi skirts and dresses? That’s my go-to outfit right now when I want to dress up a bit. Also, congrats on the mani/pedi…it’s amazing how great they look, I agree.
