"You are 'STILL' being considered..."

Say hello to your new best friend: [Welcome to ASSIST](<a href=“Welcome to ASSIST”>Welcome to ASSIST)

This site has all the official articulation agreements between UC’s/CSU’s and community colleges. You just put in the name of your CC, the name of the college you want to transfer to, your major, and poof, there’s a list of all the classes that you need to take at YOUR CCC.

@ ainstuff females expect the same pay, but expect less work because their females… :D

Yess raina go with us to UCB, it’s your destiny!!! :D

& I know how you feel about going to CC with the stigma and all but whoever frowns or looks down upon you for going to CC because they think you’re dumb is just ignorant. You know you are very smart and if you work hard it will pay off in the end! and then they’ll feel dumb for looking down on you. :D

Yeah, my brother gave me a lot of grief for going to CCC. Whenever somebody asked me how I was doing in my studies, he’d interrupt and say “Oh, he’s going to community college”.

Now? He’s a junior in HS, and he’s starting to ask me for info on how good CC’s are.

Unfortunately, I kind of do look down on cc transfer at my school, but whatevs.

It’s just kind of unfair that they are getting the same degree as me when they spent half the money and half their time taking difficult classes. Your gpa from cc doesn’t transfer, so many of them end up transferring with like a 3.2 gpa and then doing really well at UCI and getting latin honors.

Andrew: That’s not the attitude to win over the ladies :stuck_out_tongue:

WELL maybe if males were the ones who bore babies…

@ ainstuff dont use on me, women talk has no affect on me :)

lakerace: Yess! You show him who’s BOSS!

ehehe spooky: what you just said pushes me to go to CC even more :wink: :smiley: :smiley: :D

lol sighh. another day at school tomorrow. all i could think about was my rejection and i was so depressed all day. just don’t see the point of school anymore. -_-

okay there’s still time to decide CC or cal state right. i’ll sleep on it once more. goodnight talk to you guys tomorrow! :)

I’m definitely not saying you shouldn’t go. It’s just that students who do really well in high school and are at the UC’s for four years really get a raw deal.

If there’s one downfall to going to a CC, it is the fact that you miss 2 years the traditional “college experience”.

G’night rainalove. Hope I provided some useful info!

thats it? i have friends who attending state. They WILL/Must invite me :D

good night raina :smiley: And don’t worry I felt like that all day too TT it was like a rejection hangover ;;

spooky: I get what you’re saying and thank you for being honest and sharing your opinion :slight_smile: but not everyone who goes to CC right after hs then transfers are the people who slack off in high school. I think most are the ones (like us-the ■■■■■ group) who really tried hard but got rejected :(

Yeahh I really want to dorm right after HS TT____TT but I guess I’ll just wait another 2 years til I can transfer :)

since my college search is over, i wont be back. Ill just visit once in a while :smiley: email me if something is up

@ainstuff

Also, some people simply perform better in a college environment, such as myself. Students who struggled in HS might suddenly find their groove in college.

And Andrew: Tchhhsss “women talk” will work on you when you meet your FEMALE boss C:<

lol, well studies have shown that people work better under bosses of the opposite gender.

Women bosses is a myth, they are only in fairy tales ahahaa
