<p>The awful events regarding ISIL have begun to instill a fear that young Britons and others may return home blinded and bent on doing harm in the west. <p>Right, not just Brtis. One of the evening news shows interviewed an American who was trying to join. Grew up in small town North Carolina, Catholic, US military, then in jail for some problems. I will never understand.</p>
