<p>I think after about 5 years in engineering I stopped evolving/progressing. Every move since has been lateral and just as disappointing. I get my MBA in 2 months and I’ll have 10 years experience, I think if I went after 5 and came out with 7 years experience I would have been just as well off but 3 years sooner.</p>
<p>Also, going to school while working and having 2 kids is tough.</p>
