Our family favorite is a bottle of Lawry’s Sesame Ginger Marinade - delicious!

Our family’s favorite is the marinate the chicken all day (or overnight) in a ziploc bag with:

McCormick’s Baha Citrus marinade packet. I follow the package directions but substitute white wine vinegar for the white vinegar and add the juice of a whole lime. It is amazing on the grill.

I used to have a chix marinade that was awesome…it was great for BBQing regular chix pieces (with bones).

Maybe someone here can fill in the blanks to the recipe since I can’t find it…

Some of the ingredients…

Salsa…chunky style
chopped onions
soy sauce
some citrus…maybe lime?
cilantro

Don’t remember what else…but the trick also included that the chix had to marinate in a large baggie for at least 2 nights…turning baggie over occasionally…then grill.

We really love Wegman’s Mojo Marinade. We put boneless chicken in a ziplock with the marinade overnight. We haven’t tried the Jamaican Jerk but our neighbors really like it. It’s not going to be as spicy as what you are looking for, but for other readers looking for a really good one to try, it’s easy and at $2.99 it’s hard to beat.
