Your favorite healthy/clean eating cookbooks & websites

I’m starting to build a library and wanted some recommendations on favorite healthy/diet/clean eating cookbooks and websites. I’m starting to add to a collection which was started (and ended) in the 90s so I am sure I missed a ton of great options in the past decade and since last century. Gimme some ideas! Thanks!!!

What is clean eating? Just curious…

Tosca Reno’s series is the one I’m familiar with. I think there are others. I’m just starting with her but in a nutshell it’s limiting sugar, alcohol, and realizing that 80% of what you look like is due to diet.

Thanks! Never had heard the term…

Google Eating Well magazine. It’s terrific.

Here’s a link to a website on “Clean Food.” She (Terry Walters) also has a cookbook out, also called “Clean Food.” There are some great recipes in there, including my all-time favorite salad dressing. You can buy the book on Amazon and in some of the big book stores,I believe.

I love this magazine! I made the sweet and hot shrimp tacos and the garlicky mussels last night and they were delicious.

A local grocery store, PCC Natural Markets, has a terrific chef and a website full of healthy and yummy recipes that do not require exotic ingredients or back-breaking work.

hope the link works - this is my first time pasting a link from my iPhone browser.

Great ideas so far. Thanks.

Have to second the suggestion for the magazine Clean Eating. Only drawback is that it is not published every month!

I’ve discovered a few that I thought I’d pass on.
