Your Good Buy Of The Day (Part 1)

Post it flags for free at Office Depot. There is a $2 coupon here:
[Post-it® Keep Organization Simple](http://www.3m.com/us/office/postit/coupons/) and they are $2 each at Ofiice Depot. Since it’s across the street from the library, no extra trip needed.

I could not download the coupon. It kept freezing up.

Hmm, I am not computer savvy. Try goggling post it flags coupon, that’s how I found it, so it should work. There will be a spot to click for $XX worth of post it coupons.
I hope this helps.

I wanted to replace some Jockey workout pants I ruined the other day, Kohls had them on sale, I found 2 coupons on a coupon site (they allow you to use 2) and got 15% off and free shipping. Not bad…the coupons can be used by anyone for anything.
I also use Upromise and got 3% back.
This is one of many sites:

Mom2M–I had no trouble FINDING the coupon, it just wouldn’t download so I could print it…kept freezing up halfway.

Just printed the Post-it coupons from Mom2M link. No problems from an old computer so keep trying mommusic? There is a whole page of coupons, thanks Mom2M.

Sorry mommusic, I guess I didn’t understand the situation. And I have no idea how to solve it. It’s a pdf document, maybe save it and then try to print? Try printing it in grayscale? Sorry, printer problems are not something I’m good at solving.

You’re welcome, Moreover. I’m glad it’s working for you.

$38 at Goodwill…
1 JCrew shirt
1Chicos Shirt
1 Talbots slacks (really nice grey)
1 tan light weight linen skirt
2 tan light weight crop pants
1 Coldwater Creek top

I’m going to a warm weather place on vacation in December…planning ahead.

Momf2M–to repeat…it was NOT a printer problem, I just couldn’t open the pdf. Nichts, nada. I’m sure it would have printed if I could have opened it!

Anyway…today’s good buy was my favorite pair of sandals from LLBean, on sale, and free shipping! I’ve been meaning to order a new pair for NEXT summer and since I procrastinated, they went down from $59 to $49! :)

But I must not forget the best buy of all this week. Went to our local excellent thrift shop for new clothes for my grandson (about to fit into size 2.) Great brands, cute shirts & pants for 29 cents to 99 cents apiece! I bought a LOT… :D

Wow, ^^^CHEAP!!!

A good buy I had this past weekend that you might want to look out for if you have kids still returning to college…our local large grocery store had loads of summer stuff at least 75% off - I picked up 2 of the folding chairs in bags (many on CC have said they purchased these for extra cheap seating in their kids dorm rooms) for $2.25/each!! Figured if S didn’t want them out in his room he could stick them in his closet for when they were needed or keep one in the back of his car for whatever!!

Yesterday…local thrift store was having their 50% off everything sale (lots of them around here are). Got a very cute Willi Smith summer dress for $4…and a pair of off white linen Banana Republic summer slacks (for my Dec. trip) for $4.

Thumper, you always seem to find the best name brands!! Do you have a method to your finding or is your thrift store just super trendy!!!

I think I just hit it lucky…and I happen to live in an “upscale area” so when folks are cleaning out their closets…I hit it lucky at the second hand stores.

I always have the fear that what I donate to Goodwill will show up on someone I know! There are several woman at the salon where I get my nail done that shop the local Goodwill. They will receive a complement on the shirt they are wearing and we hear how they picked it up at Goodwill for pennies.

Eversave which is like Groupon is offering $10. credit for signing up. They have a deal right now on some really great foldable vases for $6.00 and free shipping so the vases are free.

ebeeeee - Thanks for the tip on the foldable vases. I am going to have these sent to D’s apartment in NYC for a suprise when she gets back to school.

I love those foldable vases, they are easy to use, store, transport. I’ve had mine for a few yers and they are still going strong.

Yup they are great. Actually look like real glass until you pick them up.

Goodwill deals last weekend…
1 pr. GAP jeans
1 pr. Lee jeans
1 pr. Jones New York walking shorts
2 Polo Ralph Lauren shirts (for college S2)
1 Izod Lacoste shirt (for college S2)
1 book…latest edition of Pillars of the Earth which I had been looking to purchase for DH but refused to pay $24. Goodwill price .99!!!

My total expenditure was $27

Swung back by yesterday and snagged a cute Liz Claiborne shirt and a hardback Anita Shreve book to take on a trip this week for a total of $4.50.
Tuesdays are Senior Citizen day at our Goodwill. It’s packed and they always put a lot of stuff out.

Like Thumper, the Goodwill I shop is in an affluent area so it’s not hard to find really nice stuff.
