Booked rental skis for upcoming trip. Saved $100. Bought tix to Josh Groban/Sarah MacLaughlin concert this summer , got upgraded seats with credit card deal, but missed out on the Van Morrison tix

And there are LOTS more
@CT1417 Have know idea. It was trending on facebook.
I’ve been looking to replace my shoes (none of which fit me any more) with smaller sizes that are still comfortable, but not wanting to spend a ton as I will be continuing to lose weight. I FINALLY found 2 pair that fit just right at DSW. One pair was $50 off the brand’s website and the other $40 off. So for $75 I have a pair of work almost-flats and new sneaks. Both with memory foam. Ahh.
Dillard’s annual 50% off sale tomorrow. It’s 50% off most things that have been marked down (all Christmas, of course). I look forward to it every New Years. Great deals on shoes.
People! Went to Nordstrom Rack today where clearance was take an extra 25% off - BUT dresses were an extra 50% off!! OMG! The dresses they had! Luckily we got there before it got too busy - women were scouring those racks! I bought two dresses - one MAY be for my son’s wedding and another maybe for the rehearsal dinner depending on where it is - DIRT cheap!
Sale ends tomorrow I believe.
Great job, abasket!!!
“Your Saks order has shipped” - Ahhh… Music to my ears!! The 'S Cube jacket I coveted is all mine!!!
70% off!!!
I have been cold at night and was at Costco and saw where they marked down a plush, soft throw to $9.97. It’s in the washing machine now. I think it was maybe $13 or $15 but priceless to have cuddly warmth.
Safeway had some frozen wrapping paper 75% off, so I paid $1.18 on what was $9 (their math). I also got a Star Wars electric toothbrush for my grand nephew, for his “big bro” present when little sis is born in May. It was 50% off, so $2.50 or so. You press the button and it makes sounds and stays lit for a minute, during which you’re supposed to brush your teeth.
Stopped in at a sporting goods store to get a patella support. Too pricey there. So went to Target. Didn’t like what I saw there, but I ended up grabbing a running shirt (Champion duo dry/UV protection) for $3.88 (regular price $12.99). I then came home and ordered 2 patella supports and a front zip sports bra (they are hard to find) on Amazon. They’ll be here Weds.
A pair of gorgeous, lower heel Manolos 70% off at Saks!
BB…if you ever have castoffs from your closet…let me know!! I would love your hand me downs!
Purchased a charter club cashmere sweater from Macys that was on sale for $29.99 and with a $10 off coupon (SUP25) it came to $19.99. The crew neck and the v neck sweaters are the ones on sale.
Love end of the season sales. Got ski socks , leggings and a hat for under $12
Amazon Prime is a bargain this weekend! Just $73!

I bought a swimsuit online for $14+ shipping. Original price $98.
Used my Saks code for 20% off and a previously earned gift card to discount a lovely classic trenchcoat (which never goes on sale). Can’t wait for the spring weather!
I did the Amazon Prime for 73. We were using my daughters, but she graduated and it would be cheaper for me to have it now. When she goes to the UK next Fall, they have a free 6 months for new subscribers to Amazon UK so she can use that.
Combined birthday email discount and the clearance sale to pick up a shirt at Garnet Hill for $10 (including shipping). Levi’s online sale added an extra discount, so DH is getting a couple new shirts and I picked up some black jeans.
I have bifocal Ray Ban prescription sunglasses. Fortunately, I paid for the extended protection plan. I stupidly stuck them in with our snorkel gear while on a jet ski/snorkel trip (kid didn’t kill me, yet another good thing to report). They got VERY scratched, but Ray Ban will make them like new for $25. Seems like a good deal to me.
Also, I picked up 3 dresses at Lord and Taylor for about $42 each. Didn’t try them on, but if even 1 fits I will be happy. I also got 2 cashmere sweaters (so much for swearing off cashmere) for less than 50 bucks each. Original inflated price of each was over $200.
And lastly, I took some shoes to Macy’s to return, and they didn’t have what I wanted (needed to exchange one color for a smaller size). I wound up buying a different color because the color I wanted was gone, so he gave me an additnal 20% off. frye almost never goes on sale, so I was feeling good with 30% off plus 20% off. And I had a ten buck anniversary coupon.
Went to return a pair of boots my kid did not like. My eyebrows went up when the clerk wanted to credit me the entire $400 for them. I said they were on sale… So I got back what I paid for them. The SA was impressed with my honesty and said that the price went down even further… Easy decision - kiddo and I wear the same size.
So I got that $400 pair for $150. Saved $100 from the time of my original buy.
Grabbed a Scanpan pot at W-S - they had a sale of floor samples. Glad the lid is already assembled so I don’t have to rummage in Mr.'s tool drawer for a screwdriver.
