Your Good Buy Of The Day (Part 1)

@teriwtt - if you like Aran sweaters, go to the source! They are far, far, less money and when I chose one website, lo and behold, they have black friday specials too.

https://www.arancrafts.com/en/

These sweaters tend to relax a bit with wear so don’t order up a size unless you’re sure.

Thanks @greenwitch under $100 for those sweaters sure beats a couple hundred.

Too bad I can’t wear wool. They are really pretty sweaters.

They have a few that are cotton and linen. The wool is merino and isn’t itchy (for those who can wear wool).

^^Gorgeous!!

Just checked my self-inflicted spam… 27 emails screaming “sales,” and not a single item to make me excited. Either I am clinically depressed or I have everything I need. LOL. This might be the first Black Friday I will not spend a dime on stuff.

@greenwitch - I have a few Aran sweaters that I actually got when in Ireland a few years ago, and do love them, but this Tory Burch sweater had the most fun long fringe on the bottom that made it different than anything I’d seen so far, so I went with it.

I sort of wish it were cold enough for sweaters to be practical around here but I’m already teased about the huge quantity of warm clothing I have. ;-). I HATE being cold, it literally gives me hives! The sweaters on both sites are very attractive and striking.

I emailed the Aran sweater link to son. Last Monday, I sent the Pendleton blanket link, also mentioned on CC. Darn those kids for not responding.

Nordstrom has an extra 20% off certain marked down items. I picked up a few Kendra Scott earrings as gifts for my nieces. Trying to decide if I should order more, one niece I won’t see and I was planning on sending her money but these earrings are so nice…

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I seem to remember a Patagonia deal. Or maybe they were donating a % to something over this weekend?

OK, I found it. They are donating 100% of sales (SALES, not just profits) to environmental groups for all purchases on Black Friday. Nice.

Family Christmas cards…my D designed our photo card with Amazon Prime, and am getting 125 cards for $48. This is about $20 less than my cards last year…

I don’t even need another pressure cooker, but I’m tempted to buy this one at a 73% discount!

I was just going to ask if the Bella pressure cooker is the same as the Instapot, and now I see SplashMom has posted the Instapot.

Well, are they the same? The Bella is $50 at Target, the Instapot is $58 on Amazon.

@twoinanddone
Instant pot! Very reliable and a stainless inner pot.

Another vote for Instant Pot!! It rocks.

I got my Instant Pot in August. It’s great!

My daughter wanted an Instant Pot for Christmas so I got her this on Amazon

Just ordered the Instapot for DS (who does the cooking) and friend who envied mine. One will be on price rewind  I love mine. I joined the Facebook group and the thread here in the cafe has good ideas, too.

So far I have found the best deals on beauty products. Macy’s had good deals on gift sets for Black Friday which I purchased online to pick up at store. With my online beauty purchase I got a $10 reward to use at a later date.

At Lord & Taylor they give out $20 off a $40 purchase which includes cosmetics. I used those to get my dd’s cleansers and a nice makeup set from Clinique that includes everything she would need in one box. ( Was $40 and came to $20)

Don’t really need anything so I don’t plan to go shopping today. Hope to enjoy being outside instead.
