@HImom, I love laceless sneakers. Can you share more about the “elastic lacing system” you purchased? I found an option on Amazon and replaced the laces in my Merrills and it’s worked very well. Only downside is that the mechanism is a bit big. Would love to see an option.
Mine is just called elastic laces. The gadget to hold the laces in place is about the size of a nickel. It works perfectly. I got it at a shoe/luggage repair place and it was the only one they had.

There are wider and narrower lace types. The gadget holding the items in place can vary in size. The laces can be flat or curly—I prefer flat as it’s more subtle.
Amazon, eBay, WalMart and Walgreen all seem to have them, plus more vendors.
My Penzy’s Heart and Soul spice box shipped yesterday.
@csfmap The box I ordered for my son also shipped yesterday, but I haven’t gotten a shipping notice for the one I ordered for myself yet (but they did charge the shipping for mine on Sunday). I was in a Penzey’s store on Sunday and they were out of the large Heart and Soul boxes My son and his girlfriend bought some garam masala. The stores have such wonderful smells!
Just got a shipping email for my Heart and Soul box. My son should get his on Friday, and mine should arrive Saturday. Yeah!
Mine was bought for my son, too. It left Illinois today and will be in California on Saturday. I bet Penzey’s was overwhelmed. With social media, it probably doesn’t take long to get the word “FREE” around the globe.
My dd received her Penzey’s H&S box today. I’m really impressed with their customer service department. My dd moved to a new apartment in the middle of this shipping delay and my email request to update her shipping address was handled with ease.

Yes thank you Deb!!! My D got hers Thursday and was over the moon! Such a fun surprise! She FaceTimed me while she opened it and was opening each spice and smelling them - she was so impressed!

Glad to hear that Penzey customer service is good. If my order doesn’t arrive in a couple days I’m going to have to change the delivery address. Never expected it to take this long.

I took my Subaru in just for an oil change this morning. Well…it was my 5th one…and every 5th one is…FREE.
Who knew? I sure didn’t! So…$0 oil change!

Not to one-up you, but my recent Subaru “good buy” story…
I have a 2014 Forester I bought in 2015. When we bought it we bought the extended warranty (H most always insists on this).
I have been the one to take it in for all the oil changes - until last week, H took it in for me. It dawned on him while he was there that perhaps the warranty included the costs of oil changes…something he had never mentioned to me before - nor had the dealership we get the oil changes (they are not the dealership we bought the car from).
H had the guy look it up - sure enough, the extended warranty covers oil changes! They credited our account $486 for all past oil changes - H was so happy he told the guy that when we do the brakes in the fall we will have them do the work (as opposed to going to Midas or something). Win-Win!!! 
I still don’t have my H & S boxes.
Not a super good buy, but got a pair of Tod’s denim shoes at Nordstrom’s 40% sale. My previous pair lasted a long time and now needs to be retired to garden duties.
I was the first to buy the Penzey spices and I haven’t received my free box either.
Visited D this weekend and she’s enjoying the spices she has received, not the heart and soul box either.
With D1’s wedding week coming, a friend kid’s wedding a week before and an European trip, I thought I could use some nice ballet flats. I was shopping online and had few pairs selected. I was questioning about what size I should get (UK size), so I went to my closet to check it out. There in front of me were many pairs of ballet flats I have forgotten. Nice to shop in my closet. $0 spent.
