What highschool did you go to?
What impact do you think it had on your acceptance to Harvard, if any.

My two Ds at H went to a rural, public, Title I (majority of kids on free or reduced-price lunch) HS with relatively modest student achievement score data. Course offerings and APs were limited; few if any other graduates seek to attend top out-of-state colleges. They went out of their way to augment the opportunities they had available, reading voraciously, taking joint-enrollment courses at the local university, and doing community theatre and music in addition to the school’s. I think they benefited from being able to show that they took initiative to carve their own paths; H is pretty well-known for appreciating strong achievement coming out of limited resources.
