i know there has been some discussion about whether or not to go the kaplan or princeton review route…

i have decided to take one of the two prep courses. i have always gone to a local private tutoring company for sat’s and lsat’s, and want to go the big-company route with the gre’s. btw, im taking the paper based on oct 28…

I thought for the GRE the Princeton Review books alone were worlds better than the Kaplan books (the typos and misidentified “correct” answers drove me nuts and wrecked my ego).

That said I would encourage you to look into which class prepares you for the paper based test (WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU TAKING THAT?). Otherwise, you will find that much of the Kaplan/PR courses are geared toward strategies for the computer test.

took the computer based before–happy wtih verbal and analytical scores, but i find it difficult to do the math section on the computer. (need to boost my math score.)

i was looking into taking the paperbased, but since its not offered going to take c-based.

I think you can still take the paper based one in Okinawa. I mean, that’s an expensive trip and all, but think about it…it’s a tropical dream with 5 hours of crap followed by more sun and surf.
