Your SAT Pet Peeve

Being forced to take experimental sections that take time and energy and only help the College Board write even trickier questions.

I have a few…
a) having a long (35 question) writing experimental section. The length of it just stresses me out already.
b) CR in general. Especially the author’s tone question. How the hell am I supposed to know if he meant it to be funny when I thought it was damn serious?
c) FLUCTUATING PRACTICE TEST SCORES. This really induces anxiety for the real test 'cause I really don’t know what I’m supposed to expect!!!

writing that stupid statement in cursive

listening to sick kids sniffle every 10 seconds

getting an 11 on my march essay (12 on octs) but still it annoyed me.

thats all i can think of

HAHA I have to agree with that cursive writing thing. “NO PRINTING!” I was like “***,” 'cause my cursive writing isn’t even legible :P

Kids who don’t know how to fill out the information section and ask the proctor how to fill in the bubbles of their name.

“2. listening to sick kids sniffle every 10 seconds”

I second that. Nothing that makes me lose focus more than a constant stream of those.

the CR word completions. I don’t know the answer to most of them.

b) CR in general. Especially the author’s tone question. How the hell am I supposed to know if he meant it to be funny when I thought it was damn serious?

Agreed
