<cross-posted!></cross-posted!>

A Mighty Wind

My Cousn Vinny

Blades of Glory. Anything with Ben Stiller. Napoleon Dynamite.

For TV, Doc Martin and Arrested Development.

Comedys on Netflix that made me laugh out loud: Zoolander, Death at a Funeral, Shaun of the Dead, Plane/Trains/Automobiles

I very much enjoyed, and found funny (but not hilarious funny): Terri, Being John Malkovitz, About a Boy

Being There with Peter Sellars. Chauncey Gardiner is such a hilarious character!

As far as TV shows, An Idiot Abroad has got to be the funniest show I’ve ever seen. It makes me laugh so hard I can hardly breathe. It is a reality show that documents the travel around the world of Karl Pilkington. Ricky Gervais and another guy make all the arrangements for Karl’s travel and they send him out to do some really crazy things. It’s on the Science Channel. If you haven’t watched it, you should give it a try.

I have to watch Elf and Christams Vacation every holiday…I laugh and laugh and my daughter just looks at me and rolls her eyes and points out that I have seen these movies year after year and doesn’t understand how I can still find them so funny!

Summer Vacation with Chevy Chase.

And SplashMom, whenever I see one of your posts, I think of that crazy old toilet seat up thread…

We watch Elf and Christmas Vacation year after year too.

Three Stooges was my favorite decades ago. Now I enjoy Car Talk (though not a movie).

My husband and I recently watched Mrs. Doubtfire. I had forgotten how funny that movie was. Couldn’t stop laughing. Robin Williams at the top of his game.

Waking Ned Devine, Little Miss Sunshine and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

My Cousin Vinny & Adam’s Rib (can you tell I’m a lawyer)

I also liked Mrs. Doubtfire. We love MASH episodes (especially the earlier series). Mom loves all Seinfield. D likes Frasier. My BIL loves the 3 Stoogies as well.

Don’t have too many “laugh out loud” movies I’ve seen. Will have to try seeing some on this list.

Monty Python’s Life of Brian

My Big Fat Greek Wedding

Arthur

Rat Race - " you shoulda bought a squirrel"

The new Arthur is funny too.
