Anyway, yes, I broke them up into 5 rounds of 20 reps each movement. And T2B are/were my weak point in that particular HIIT.

My hubby (who was trying out his new ebike) said the lake trail was rather muddy, and I was not quite feeling up to a run despite the 50s temps. So I made it a WALK all the way jingle. 3.5miles around the lake.

The trail was pretty dry today, so now I have a JINGLE walk (yesterday) and 5k run (today). Yay.
Had to do my 5k on a contraption called ZR8 I have in my exercise room instead of going outside because we’ve been hit by a ginormous Pineapple Express! Flooding everywhere. Buckets of rain.

Raining here, so I was planning 10K for today, and oddly enough, a 10K was my programming for the day.
Perhaps a bit more interesting today? I ran around my house vs the gym, and skipped the bike portion. Wednesday night I thought I was getting sick, as my throat was sore and I spent the week working with recovering covid peeps and had a very visibly ill woman cough unmasked, uncovered all in my cube Monday. So I took Thursday and Friday off, but it didn’t seem to turn into anything and went away Thursday. Anyhow, I thought I’d dial it back a tad today.
I ran a little over 8 miles. It felt pretty good. In the old days it would have been slow, but it’s decent for me now and I didn’t want to press. I also stopped to take pictures along the way. Then I did abs and a lifting workout that I skipped Thursday.
I love that “Joy” sign. We can all use that, can’t we?
