one of my EC’s involves working for a child literacy company in which I translate/narrate stories that help children read better and learn languages through a proven literacy improvement method known as Same-Language Subtitling. This method is used a lot in Indian mass media. These stories are then sold by the company for a cheap price and also posted on youtube for the world to see the final product(It’s made into ebooks, pdfs, comprehension games, etc.). Since I have a personal connection with my work as a translator with this company, Im planing on writing my Common App on this activity. but I have one problem. Im confused on how to show colleges proof of this activity. They’re all on youtube, however, I don’t know how colleges will get to see them through my application. Should I mention in my common app that they’re are put in youtube? Can I send like links of the stories through common app?
