Just wanted to alleviate any concerns people have, and congratulations to those who got accepted and everyone for taking a chance at this amazing opportunity! Rejection is just one step in becoming a stronger person overall.
@cbcbcb1 I also applied to COSMOS! Just got rejected from YSPA (lollll) but I’ll be taking a NASA internship instead i guess.
@Krli2790 did you receive an email yet? have you checked your spam?
@cbcbcb1 yeah I did. I think too of taking a nasa internship but most of them are full rn
@Krli2790 Yeah, unfortunately, we’re hearing back for internships right now, so I think it is too late to apply for their official programs. Maybe cold-email professors?

@2bcbcb1 honestly I am not sure… I was reading this and there are lots of extremely qualified people. I put lots of emphasis on the research I do with a professor as my mentor outside of school.
