Has anybody used the Zeo device? It looks intriguing.

If yes, which model do you have?
- bedside (alarm clock)
- pro (mobile/cellphone)
- pro+

Do you use it and like it?

I’ve not heard of this and would have no need for it, as I sleep well. Seems to me that anything it advises you to do you can figure out on your own. YMMV.

Zeo is out of business. You might consider the Jawbone Up or whatever is the most advanced Fitbit (Ultra, maybe).

VH - I’m glad you sleep well. I do too… well, not as well as my younger years but still pretty well. Per the videos, it was a cool device. It tracked deep sleep, REM, and wake time. DH has done doctor-prescribed sleep studies, but darn he hardly sleeps a wink in the lab environment.

Pg - Thanks! I have not heard of Jawbone Up. Fitbit does have some sleep tracking functions, but not quite what DH was looking for.

Try the sleep cycle app on your I phone–you put it next to your bed and it registers everything. It is very interesting.
I also did a physician run sleep lab. I “had” to be asleep at 10:30 and give them 4 hours at a time. (!!!) Ha–they ended up not happy with my inconclusive results. Really? if my normal is to go to sleep at 2 a.m. then? Even with a sleeping pill they got about ziltch from me.
