Awww… this is so true! Thanks for sharing!

I’m sure that’s how my 19yo son feels.

Ha, ha! Just read this in today’s paper. It’s all true!

Yesterday’s Zits is already en route to S1 in a Valentines care package I shipped today.

Am I the only one who got weepy reading that?

I have cut out so many Zits that, I swear, the author must have gotten from watching my life.

Interestingly, that strip was a “rerun”–I know this because the first time it ran, I cut it out and had it framed and put up in my now-25 year old son’s bedroom–which he rarely visits, but still. . . I’ve never seen a better depiction of the loss that the mother of a young man feels when she looks back to when he was her loving and affectionate little boy.

I have that hanging on my frige - curled, yellowed, and withered. It has been there for years. (I believe it came out when we lived in Germany - perhaps about 2005?)

For me it was the 01/19/10

Agree that it is all too wistfulness-inducing but also that it’s been published before. No strip holds more space on my fridge than Zits.

How many of the Zits books do you own? We used to buy a new one every time one came out.

DH has gotten me a couple of the books for Mother’s Day.

Today’s hit home! Click on the same link in post #1.

Very funny! My teen boys both love Zits and we own every single book. Zits really nails our life!

I post zits cartoons as my status message sometimes and my son was telling me that he thinks to himself that it’s dorky. But then he always laughs so it couldn’t be. Especially yesterday’s.

Today’s is <yet> another that will make you sigh.</yet>

my baby turns 21 tomorrow–where did the years go??

Zits was my mom’s absolute favorite comic strip. She read it first every morning & always enjoyed it. She would have loved this one!!!
