So, my friend and I discussed zombie invasions today. Yes, we’re uber-nerds. And yes, I realize putting uber before a word makes me even nerdier. But through some thorough introspection via a silent, ethereal zombie observor, I realized that we, the nerds, have been thoroughly shaped by our fantasies. Like, did you know the guy who invented cell phones got the idea from Star Trek? In my instance, I find having such a distant thoughts and goals gives me the drive and power to step out from the pack and improve myself and the world around me. When you shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you’re bound to land amongst the stars. How would colleges view us moon-shooters through the prism of something like an essay on ability to survive a zombie invasion?
