10 am posts, yesterday

<p>Anyone besides me have your posting time frozen at 10 am yesterday and then couldn’t post? So frustrating–my last post was actually done at 1:40, but the clock on my login posted it as 10 am, then wouldn’t let me post anything all day, because “you must wait 60 seconds” and time had been frozen for me, at least here.</p>

<p>This morning I saw an out of place post on one thread, and sure enough it was a 10 am timestamp, so I realize I must not have been the only one.</p>

<p>Several detailed posts written and given up in frustration–rather than the methadone thread, this was an aversion experience!:)</p>

<p>Yes, I think several of us were having trouble all day yesterday - my clock was stuck at “Today, 6:11pm” when it hadn’t even been that time yet!</p>

<p>11 am for me. Couldn’t post either half the time or send messages. Kept getting the 60 seconds warning though I hadn’t posted.</p>

<p>It was like murder having to read and not be able to post - like someone put CC in front of us and tied our hands behind our backs!!! HAHA :)</p>

<p>On my home computer, I have to delete my browsing history every time before I go onto CC, or the time is frozen.</p>

<p>Hmm, that happened when I was running Chrome. I just fired up Firefox and I do not get the warning.</p>

<p>It happened to me on IE and Chrome, and then Chrome warned me of malware. I hope you people don’t get my computer ill. :)</p>

<p>Two issues - the weird times may have been a result of bringing rebuilt servers online. CC runs on lots of servers at the same time, and all have to be synchronized perfectly to avoid warping the time/space continuum and causing the universe to implode. It could be that these rebuilt servers were temporarily out of sync. </p>

<p>Since we all haven’t fallen into a wormhole, we think the servers are now in sync. If you continue to see time difficulties, please post here again. </p>

I too must be addicted since I get the warning and say screw it, I’m checking CC.</p>

<p>It is now 3:32 pm. I predict that this post will show up at 2:38 pm, the same time as romanigypsyeyes. </p>

<p>I can post more than once because I don’t have the 60-second reposting limitation as a moderator. romanigypsyeyes will not be able to post again until this problem is resolved, however. I will send her a PM about it.</p>
