<p>I got into GWU ED 1…that’s the only place I applied =)</p>

<p>how is your gpa?</p>

<p>1210 combined lol … 1190 the first time then went down to an 1140 … weird… 620 math 590 verbal</p>

<p>1360 atm from psat :(</p>

<p>andrewD, i’m pretty sure you can get into Unc chapel hill with 1300 and 3.97 unweighted, the average weighted gpa at unc-chapel hill is about 4.2 and 1280 SAT, i know it’s kinda low, that’s coz they take too many in-state students, i’m in-state btw, anyway, good luck :)</p>

i was also suspended during my freshman year… for computer violations… but once i talked with a jhu admission officers. he siad that comp violations are no biggie, but still it will be considered. iafter i was deferred, i sent uva a letter explaining in detail about suspension and now, i am writing an essay…</p>

<p>My school’s average SAT is about 1230~1250
class size of around 450~500
pretty impressive for a public/small town
i wouldn’t consider 1200 a low SAT score.
It’s just low if you have high expectations.</p>

<p>i didn’t mean to slight anyone I was just showing that if you put your mind at something you can really succeed.</p>

<p>it just shows you that SATs don’t measure intelligence because i know all of you have the intelligence and rationality to figure all of this! i’m not smarter than any one of you, and u shouldn’t think that u are lower than all those 1600 people.</p>

<p>But being practical, study hard and u will score high.</p>

<p>i just flat out didn’t study for the SAT and never bothered to memorize all those boring vocabs, i guess i’d better do that now</p>
