<p>really there is a difference between 17 hours divided by 5 classes and 6 classes. Some of the USEMs are jokes and others are quite a bit of work.</p>
<p>is it possible to transfer from another school into echols?</p>
<p>Only if you are transferring in your first year second semester. First years and incoming first years can only apply for echols.</p>
