<p>Son interviewed at Pitt 2/4-6 (during the snowstorm) and hasn’t heard anything yet. Are they rolling admissions, or one set date? Anyone heard anything?</p>
<p>My daughter interviewed at Pitt 2/11-13 (during the next snowstorm), and she heard back the following Friday. Maybe they have him on a waitlist.</p>

<p>Applied to Biological Sciences PhD program-- assuming that since it’s been a month there’s not much hope. No worries, he’s got Einstein and Northeastern and waiting on NYU next week.</p>

<p>hey bioquest i interviewed at UChicago’s EEB program and i haven’t heard back yet. Did they call you or did you get an email or some sort of the result??</p>
<p>i e-mailed the graduate coordinator and then a few days later a professor wrote back to me (last night) saying i was on their waiting list.</p>

<p>Alright, I need help! Does anyone have an opinion on Wash U DBBS vs. Yale BBS for molecular genetics and/or genomics? I just can’t compare them…they are both excellent programs. Both are doing great research, and location isn’t too much of an issue, although I’ve heard horrible things about New Haven (I like St. Louis).</p>
<p>And will anyone who isn’t interested in going to Yale BBS please turn down the offer? I’m on the wait list and would like to hear back soon! :)</p>

<p>@looloo-- What program at Northeastern did your son apply to and when did he hear? One of my friends is still waiting to hear back from their master’s program in Biology.</p>
<p>Ishuku- My son applied for PhD Biology, with interest in cellular biology/biochemistry at Northeastern. He interviewed 2/18-19 and heard back from them 3/1. Best of luck to your friend. The waiting is the hardest part.</p>
<p>My bf just got accepted last week (i think he was the final one) for weill cornell’s neuro phd program. He’s an int’l student - never studied in the US.</p>
