Was the experimental CR the one on the house called Tribulation? My friend had an experimental math section and said she didn’t have a CR section about Tribulation…

Unfortunately, the tribulation was not experimental…

I remember now. I put “distributed widely” because the items were described as being all over the houses.

Broadcast can mean “scattered over a wide area.” It just doesn’t have the connotation that they were distributed for the purpose of others being able to see them that I think would be necessary to support “displayed openly.”

Like I said before, in retrospect distributed seems to make more sense.

Also, does anyone remember what the other choices were on the deleterious question?

“There” could be interpreted has being displayed openly. Additionally, the passage implies that the objects had become less inane because people began to view them. I can see how distributed widely could be correct, but since the objects seemed more vibrant, “distributed widely” does not make as much sense as “displayed openly.”

one of the questions i had trouble on was related to a short passage regarding some small city and it talked about kids going out with lunchboxes and what not…was the scene idyllic?

@CollegeWhore

Idyllic is the consensus.

Conscientious?

Oh no not this again…
I put conscientious though.

Yeah, there have been almost 40 pages of this question. About 70% thought self-satisfied and 30% thought conscientious.

What did you put?

@Band – “Salutory” was one.

Self-satisfied. Her writing was somewhat conscientious, but I felt that self-satisfied better described the tone of the paragraph and the passage.

Do you mean the sentence completion question about the tissue? If so, I think the answer was deleterious

Yeah…
How many questions do you think you missed?

do you guys think that a -3 will be an 800 for this section?

That seems reasonable because the tribulation passage was ridiculous.

@ Syndekit

I thought that question had something to do with vaccines? I think that was a context question that could be solved really easily through eliminating the other answers.

I’m pretty sure I got all the vocab, and unless I missed something really easy, I only missed the broadcast question.

I put self-satisfied too. I conscientious writer makes sure they follow the rules of grammar and such; the girl’s explanation of what she wrote was effectively boasting and conveyed how happy she was with herself.

If you got 3 wrong that would round down to -4. That’d be awesome but I don’t think so.
