haha Chris, I dont trust any of it! I think there are going to be tons of exceptions and theres no set way to figure it out. All of things were doing could be accurate, but were looking at them from our point of view. Obviously theres no 100% truth, or we’d all already know the answer. I’m just irritated and I want it to be next week. This entire thing has made me think I’m not cut out for medical school, there’s 2 applications and an interview. I’m going to die to of a heart attack before we get invited to do the second application!

Not to mention the mcat…my gf is premed at ucla and she wants to kill herself every day

…thanks for the motivation. eff my effing life. I’m like a walking neurotic manic crazy person in a girls body.

I actually am transferring for Poly Sci! Good guess. And I’m thinking about law school!

This is madness people!! Stop worrying yourself to the point that we are all going to be crazy and having nightmares about ursa or something lol we will all find out soon enough, we waited so long and another day or two won’t kill us (although if we keep speculating like this, it just might) good luck everyone! I hope that we all get in!! :)

I am so nervous right now!

^

if we all get in, then it wouldnt be a good college anymore.

but i agree with you. stop stressin ppl and chillax

Pino, youre in! stop it nowwwwwwwwwww

I have a little experiment I am trying. Can everyone click this link:

[New Bruins - Financial Aid and Scholarships - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/NewBruins/AidScholarships.htm)

Click on View your financial aid etc. (the first link)

Then on the next page, click continue.

Then on the next page, hover over the link that says “No request.”

Mine says something about FAFSA and SIR. I am hoping the fact that it notes my SIR is a good thing, but this could just be for everyone.

Think that is for everyone. But I have “SIR has not been completed”

Anddd stanford has revoked the decisons of people who have tried to “hack” and find out before decisons are out so I would seriously stop…chill people and go watch a movie or something lol what’s done is done and it is out of our hands now

hellosunshine, that has always been there.

@volume The difference is were the Stanford apps actually trying to HACK it. All most of the people here have done was create/login to URSA and click links. Hardly constitutes hacking of any kind or a “hack.” If Stanford revoked apps because they were trying to “hack” as a trick … to say see something, that is hardly a reason to revoke apps. A system that is setup to allow people to create accounts, login, and click links is not a reason to revoke apps who have actually used the system.

That seems a bit extreme… especially considering nothing that we’re doing constitutes as hacking. We’re legitimately accessing student records we’re registered to use. UCLA just chooses to publish what it does.

We’re not hacking. We aren’t guessing administrator passwords or exploiting holes in the security. We’re just making accounts with the information they have provided to us and seeing where our accounts work.

edit:nvm haha

Yeah it doesn’t make sense the more I think about it. Sorry! Just nervous haha.

@Ella89 Are most of your 610 posts in this thread? :P

The Stanford students actually hacked the system. No one is infiltrating or hacking a system here. Yes, it is best just to wait, but people are anxious, excited, and eager. Also, the system is quite accessible.
