2014 SCEA hopefuls?

How do you quote past posts? ^

Put [ Quote] copy paste stuff [ /Quote] and remove the space in the brackets i think?

To pass the time I’ve been listening different choirs do Handel’s Messiah. Such a good work for the season. I think the weekend will go by fairly quickly though.

Wow, how did my post end up before yours =O. Another time travel.

[How do you quote past posts? ^/Quote ]

Umm, Well thanks tristan for helping! But I think I did something wrong.

You have to physically put the word “Quote” in brackets, then put your actual quote between that and [ /Quote] without the space.

It’s

[ Quote ] blah blah blah [ / Quote ]

I think, without the space. Guess what, I just learned that two days ago;)

Actually, it’s what TerrenceC said.

[ Quote ]I think, without the space. Guess what, I just learned that two days ago[ / Quote ].

Sorry for being so dumb, but what space are you guys talking about?

hehe it has to be “Quote”, capital and all

^no, doesn’t have to be capitalized

so about Upenn ED: a girl from my school got in. she had a 2000 SAT and ranked 20th in our class…almost no extracurriculars, got arrested for underage drinking. but her parents were upenn employees. INJUSTICE!!

Haha, this is fun. Let me try it…

Edit: Okay, got it. Just remove all the space between both brackets:)

I feel like UPenn’s acceptances, rejections, and deferrals were all very random. I dunno, maybe it’s just me.

I’ve been dying to know how to do this! thanks!

one thing I noticed about columbia’s deferrees and acceptees were that their stats were similar to ours. also…columbia apparently accepts a huge number of deferees in the RD round, unlike yale. so maybe columbia’s ED wasn’t so brutal after all…that doesn’t make me feel any better :/

Hope this works !! Crossing fingers!!!

OMG, it worked after a few epic fails!! Thanks you guys!!

here’s the EA notification deadline information post on yale’s website:

[Early Action Information | News | Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.yale.edu/admit/news/ea_info.html)

I just noticed this today so thought I’d post it. I may be a while behind the times, but I didn’t see it the last time a logged on 2 days ago, so I thought it might be a new post.

Haha glad people are figuring the quote thing out! It gives us practice for posting our EA results, lol

good luck once again from the stanford REA thread! :)

^ It says “We hope to make decisions available online during the evening of Tuesday, December 15, 2009”. I don’t see anywhere that says 5 pm, so how come everyone thinks so?

I believe historically, they have been out at 5 PM. I don’t see why they wouldn’t be this year.
