@Falconsroach7 AP Psych, definitely. I took the class in-seat as part of our school’s IB curriculum, but I feel that if you’re committed, you can easily self-study it as it’s essentially a vocabulary test. I recommend a good review book and flashcards set if you’re gonna self-study it.
If anyone not in the east coast would like to know their Ap scores I have free time and won’t mind telling you your scores, send me a private message.
Does anyone know how restore works? Is it by hand? Bc i think that I might of got 3 questions marked wrong (Im not good at erasing) and that can be the difference between a 3 and a 4.
I’m pretty sure someone rescores your MC by hand @2016senior
Just curious if anyone took the AP world makeup exam? I had to due to my state soccer tournament, and I feel pretty good about it, however my friend who got her scores early only got a 3. Just wondering if anyone took the makeup and how they did?
I get my scores on Thursday, until then ill be anxiously awaiting!!
@Kitsyxoxo It is done by computer
I live in Georgia so I will be getting my results tomorrow. However, I have been reading that the apscore website has been redirecting people to the schedule page and not giving them their scores. I may possibly die of a stress heart attack if that happens to me tomorrow. Will anyone be up in approximately 15 hours (July 8 @8:00am) to help me check, if it doesn’t work? :)>-
How do some of you get straight 5’s? I studied so hard and only got one 5 out of 4 tests. I mean I passed them all but 4’s and 3’s. What kind of studying do you guys do differently? Or are you guys just really into the subjects you take the tests for?
Please help lol
I wanna do better next year.
@cocolover123 for me, I got 5’s in the subjects that I love the most and am naturally skilled at. like music theory and language I got 5’s, however for USH I got a 3 even though I studied because I think it’s boring therefore dislike it. I think it really comes down to how much you love the subject, your natural ability, and then how hard the test is for that year!
Straight 3’s but gave up on APs after getting into college so whatevs.
@NeedA5 I will be here, just send me a private message if you want to know your scores
@NeedA5 Hmmm i see what you mean… I guess as much as I studied for APWH I’ve NEVER EVER liked history, so it wasn’t meant to become a 5…
Thank you so much! @InstantEco
Exactly, there is always that handful of people that can pull off 5’s in their sleep whether they like the subject or not, but for some of us, it doesn’t work that way. Nothing to be ashamed of! Lol I’ll need a taste of my own medicine if I don’t get a good score on the Calc exam
@cocolover123
@NeedA5 I hope I can get at least one 5… it just didn’t seem fair to me because I was totally expecting them and then some of my friends who didn’t study and had like C’s in the class got 5’s!! I was like
I guess it kind of shows me it’s not all about the grade in the class but a combination of many things…
Used a proxy lels
Sophomore Year:
Computer Science - 5 (predicted 4/5 was feeling a little iffy about those algorithm MCs, but guess I did okay)
US History - 5 (predicted 4/5 lol @ this because I’m 80% sure I didn’t really answer the question on the last FRQ)
Biology - 5 (totally surprised - totally relieved)
World History - 5 (expected, easy exam)
Okay that’s incredibly frustrating I’m really sorry! Wow. Getting lucky with whoever grades your exam is also a factor, because my lit teacher said that as long as people didn’t mention alliteration on the lit exam, they automatically got at least a 6 with her, whereas another grade may be more critical and give the same paper a 5 which could ultimately make the difference with the overall AP score. @cocolover123
@NeedA5 I sincerely think someone was very harsh on my apwh and apes frq’s because they were so easy and I poured my heart into it! I was positive about the MC too so perhaps the frq’s were what made or break me… because I only got 3’s on them!!! I was completely shocked…
And hey I’ll check for anyone who wants to know scores early - I don’t judge
@cocolover123 I know exactly how you feel. I’m at the top of my class and I busted my butt in AP Stats all year and thought the exam was a joke, then I ended up with a 4. Everyone around me in class rank made a 5 last year as a sophomore lol. Idk, maybe some people are just better test takers than others, but I work harder than most people and I’ve never gotten a 5!
