• Entering as: Sophomore
• GPA: 3.83 (Fall: 3.75, Spring: 3.88)
• Units completed: 44
• HS: 1830 SAT, 3.75 GPA
Subjective:
• ECs listed on app: I do a lot of community service in Africa (over 10 years) and other exotic places around the world (Papua New Guinea, Borneo)
• Essays (subject and responses): Amazing. My common app essay focused on diversity and wanting to step out of my comfort zone. My other two smaller ones were about an experience at an orphanage in Botswana; the other one was about how I’m fascinated by creative writing
• Letters of Recommendation: 2 letters from my best professors (I finished with an A in both courses)
• Other schools applied to: none.
• Comments: I didn’t think I would’ve gotten in, but I spent my first year of college inside my dorm room working instead of partying and all that other stuff. I hope you guys all get into USC and I look forward to meeting you in the future. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have.

@johnnyUSC Chapman doesn’t have an articulation agreement with USC so I won’t know until mid-July.
@John6311 there my bad. I didn’t apply for financial aid.

@John6311 seriously, all but one person (a girl with a very low GPA and justifiably so due to extreme family events) have been accepted. And me, I’m still waiting watching the clock tick away hoping that with every new day is another chance to be surprised by a large package in the mail.
