@eoverland @jquejque @daRamz I just noticed this. In Required Info& Forms, I clicked on Verification of High School Graduation or Recognized Equivalent. It directed me to this link. http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/faq/admission_admitted.html#transcripts I was like, ummm, interesting. The email, and now this. That link directed us to an admitted FAQ page.
Does anyone know how financial aid information is sent out? Does it come in the mail or will we be able to see it through FAST? Also any estimate on how long it’ll take for access to Oasis to activate?
@bergamott I was wondering about this too. I think it comes in with the admissions packets. I still haven’t gotten mine yet.
@topchoiceschool & @bergamott the financial aid package doesn’t come with the acceptance letter. I heard it updates via portal a couple days after receiving the acceptance.

I was wondering after we get that ability to benefit thing and the high school verification thing are we going to have to re submit highschool transcripts even though we turned them in to apply in our application to the admissions office
@daRamz once you see that the ability to benefit disappears will be when you will receive the acceptance. Also, that whole high school thing will not need to be submitted. I’m not sure why it shows that, but it will go away the day your portal updates with the acceptance. So if the ability to benefit disappears, check back within a couple of hours to see your acceptance.
@topchoiceschool when you get accepted there’s a option for Financial aid summary and task this is where you will go to see your financial aid award.

And for those who have not heard back yet I feel like you should very shortly because the commitment deposit is due in two weeks.

YOU GUYS MY FRIEND JUST GOT REJECTED FROM VITERBI. 4.0 GPA sent SGR May 21.Junior Transfer, completed all pre-reqs and GEs Dated July 9!!
@John6311 Did he take all the required courses? Or did he have any W’s? Because those can be factors of rejection. Buts its such a shame he got rejected, a 4.0 Is amazing!

@itslife123 it is cause I could’ve sworn all decisions would be acceptances by now
@John6311 Viterbi is rejecting people like flies. I think they want you to take everything you can possibly take at your institution, not just required courses at this point.
My portal still hasn’t been updated… Counselor told me it will update today but nothing yet…errrrrrr
