@johnnyUSC All of them, except critical thinking, bus calc and financial acct go toward major prep. I dont think College One ( a random course) counts anything

Hey everyone, today was a little weird regarding my admissions. I emailed my counselor to see what was going on as I hadn’t heard anything and he responded that he never received my spring grades (I was never given a request for spring grades like I was last year). I sent them and later this evening my financial aid changed like what people have been talking about, it says ability to benefit verification required. Also on oasis I checked a few days ago, the restrictions said 2/1/16, now it says 7/11/16.
I am a Marshall applicant by the way.
@Iwtbaa15 well unless you’re the one exception of everyone on this thread, you should receive acceptance via portal either tomorrow night or Wednesday
@thepinksun The enrollment deposit goes toward your tuition, so your going to have to pay it eventually! Sorry to ruin your moment haha.
Hey guys, regarding the acceptance letter, it says that we have to submit our final grades… But if we submitted our spring grade report we’re good right??
Gateway single is around $1700, not $1,000 as mentioned earlier. It is actually $949 for a bed in a shared room with 2 in a room. Majority of apartments at Gateway have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (they call those a 2x2). If they offered a single for a thousand bucks they would have been gone months ago!
Yes, many people were automatically enrolled without paying deposit, and as mentioned they are adding it back to you tuition bill in August.
Did anyone get their packet in the mail today? My portal says I was accepted July 9, but it didn’t update until today. I haven’t received anything in the mail though. Do Spring Admits have to wait until December?
@jquejque I was accepted on Friday morning and my packet was in the mailbox yesterday. Still waiting on financial aid though.
Can anyone else not log into YouSC? Or like, you can log in but you can’t see your admissions decision or FAST anymore? It’s telling me I have not been authenticated for FAST and “We are unable to locate your record in this service database, please confirm your USCID is valid (it should contain 10 numeric digits) in the My Profile tab of USConnect.” for the decisions. I also still can’t log into OASIS. Accepted last Friday though, and this just started today. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if it is possible to switch my major from business administration to policy planning and development. Aka switch from Marshall to price?
@John6311 I made it all the way to the page where you put in your card info and didn’t put anything in. I got side tracked for a few min, so when I went back to the page and reloaded it, it said thanks for paying your deposit and then under it said there was an error processing my card but I never entered my card info.
When I went back on yousc to pay it a few hours later it said at the top “congratulations, you are confirmed for fall enrollment at USC.” When I called admissions they said that that happens to a lot of students and that I don’t have to pay the deposit.

I’m at work so I’ll post all stats this evening. But @thepinksun I’m having the exact same thing, except my parents are in Europe so I think their credit card got declined, but it still says it went through? I keep calling but it says they’re closed.
