@Probtransfer yes, I applied out of HS and was denied and from there was offered the opportunity of being considered a TTP applicant.
@John6311 Same, I didn’t get an offer for TTP out of high school though (maybe because I applied to Viterbi? not sure if Viterbi does TTP because I haven’t seen any on this forum). I wonder if this document change really means they are reviewing applications now.

Viterbi does offer TTP.
Can anyone speak on behalf of the Transfer Merit Scholarship? Do we know what types of students receive it (gpa wise)? If we did receive it, would it be with our financial aid package when we are accepted? Thanks

Just called up the admissions, and the representative adamantly stated that all decisions for regular (I’m guessing that means non-TTP) transfer students will be out ON June 1st, and not anytime earlier.
But last year’s threads show that results were out in April & May.
I don’t know who to believe anymore.
Hey guys. Does anyone know if we receive admissions packets as transfer students, or is the decision just posted on the portal? Also, is anyone looking at off campus housing like the Lorenzo, Gateway etc.?
@ElevatedThinking I highly doubt that will be the case. I think they just tell everyone that so they cant be held accountable if they don’t meet any earlier stated deadlines.

@jacklax62 You’re welcome! I’m not sure about that one, although, I have heard in the past that people tend to create their own facebook groups or use a platform through USC.
@my1459 I’m looking into on campus housing first. However, I know that transfers will probably get the worst housing Bc its first current students then freshmen and then finally transfers. Or at least the dates are officially like that. I think. Correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s how I interpreted that from my housing booklet. I really want to live in either Vista or Regal Trojan. But I don’t think there will be enough space. So I looked into off campus apartments. Like university gateway and Stuho apartments. Are you looking into housing?
@jacklax62 yeah you get a packet before your you.usc changes. And yeah I’m currently looking into off campus housing too. It’s so confusing at times.
@jacklax62 Yes. There’s a link to a facebook official admitted transfers group on my portal, but I haven’t joined it yet… there’s 1 member in it as so far (USC admin) haha

How long does it take USC to process winter quarter grades from quarter system schools? It says they received mine on April 1, and then I got an email on April 6 reminding me to send them in.
