@larue0712 no, most people have not heard anything. The only time you should be worried is if you don’t hear anything by June 1st, that’s the deadline.
@user98 I was somewhat of a “super junior” 
I had 82 units completed and was taking 18 that semester. My GPA was 3.9ish (don’t know the whole decimal thing. Maybe 3.93?). Still I found it so weird that they would admit me to an alternate major only having completed one of the major prep courses.
If anybody hears their first decision after June 1st this year, let me know lol. I don’t know how I managed to hear after their deadline. It makes me sad that nobody else has experienced that in years past xD
Actually I was wrong. I have 5/8 categories completed. But in the social analysis requirement, I have completed 1 course out of the 2 that are required. So if you count up all the GE courses that are required, I have 7/10 required GE courses completed. I have 1 in progress and the language requirement will be done after this semester as mentioned before. I may have more than 7 completed cause I took a Chicano Literature at my university and idk if it satisfies the diverse world requirement or not. I don’t think it satisfies one of the social analysis courses but it might satisfy the diverse world one? I definitely have 7 completed though if not more. I followed my school’s GE requirements in case I didn’t get into any of the schools that I applied to. Most of the classes are in line with USC’s GE requirements though so that’s good. I will be done with GE at my current school after this semester

does anyone know when viterbi results should be coming out or if anyone has already received them ?
Just stalked last year’s thread and it looked like people started getting their letters in the mail in bunches the first week of May. A lot got theirs around May 5-7. Hope that helps those who are anxious like me lol.
@cool786 viterbi website says not to expect anything till May 31st and from what I’m gathering from this thread that seems to be fairly accurate

I think your year broke records for late notifications - there were tons that were not hearing until well into June. I couldn’t believe how late it was and felt so bad for all that had to wait so long. I think a few were even early July that year, brutal. Then the housing thing became the next thing to sweat. Good luck to all tranfers waiting to hear in the next couple weeks - hope it is sooner than later!

it’s crazy how there’s such a huge variation for transfer admission decisions for different departments .
