@sagaciousforever If you don’t get into USC or if you do get in and don’t get a good financial aid package, I recommend you attend UCSD.
I didn’t even know UCSD had a business program! I should’ve scrutinized more when applying on the UC Application. San Diego is an awesome place to live, and I think you’ll enjoy the atmosphere for sure!
In other words, Congratulations! You won whether you get into USC or not! You should be proud!
@sagaciousforever No problem at all! I have a 3.70 GPA, generally an upward trend. I’m a bit worried about USC since my UC transfer GPA is higher. Hopefully USC is a bit more lenient with my older grades from a 4-year
@AREDECISIONSCOUT Congratulations man! UCB is a great school and if I got a full ride there I’d definitely go, here’s to hoping you get into USC if it’s your top though!
I just checked my portal, both the general one and the financial aid one. Under the application review, I now have this message: “Your financial aid application is currently in review. Please Note: We will notify you during the review process if additional documents are required. Financial Aid Summaries for transfer students will be released in early May.”
It sounds like decisions will come soon if summaries are expected in early May!
@FemmeFilmFatale So I’m wondering if we do indeed receive our Financial aid information earlier, does that mean we are admitted? Is the release of financial aid information an indicator of acceptance?
I’m just waiting on USC now. I’m holding off paying the 500$ deposit for housing at UC Davis at the moment. So If I could know my decision for USC as soon as I can that would be great.
@GoodAfternoonSir I am not sure. I was thinking and I don’t know if they have to put them for the accepted sophomore transfers or what. I have no idea how it really works. I’d like to know if everyone’s portal says that or just some of us? Congrats on Davis though! Hopefully, it’ll all work out in the end. I’m hoping to hear from USC this week but who knows.
@FemmeFilmFatale My financial aid portal was changed to that as well. That is definitely different from before. I don’t know if that is an indicator of acceptance or not, but at least that is hinting that a wave of decisions is coming in early May!
@FemmeFilmFatale@vegastransfer Did you guys apply for financial aid or did that just happen randomly? Because I didn’t apply for financial aid and nothing has changed for me.
