@lizzyyykkk that’s really good stats Lizzy! Did you find out yesterday you got admitted? Lizzy what do you think of my situation I’m a junior applicant I have a 3.8-3.82 rn and I started off college with a 2.8-2.9 but I have gotten 17-18 A’s in a row with couple of W’s but I have aced all Econ and accounting courses alongside I did all the GE but I’m taking the last math right now and I haven’t gotten no SGR but I am a junior applicant who started college in 2016. I got 4 letter of recommendations and I have good experience also with my background with business. I’m happy for people who got admitted yesterday but naturally I have been getting a little stressed. Like can I still be admitted with the grade in progress? I also have a backup major intelligence and cyber operations.

I JUST GOT A SPRING GRADE REQUEST :(… weird because I had a dream about it and was hoping there was nothing to the dream :frowning:

@Caliweedandusc Through e-mail?

@oceansquare nope :confused: I had a weird feeling that compelled me to check my portal and bam a red X was on my check list with spring grades.

@Caliweedandusc Does your FAST say it’s under review?

just got an informed delivery notification that something is being delivered but with no picture… so nerve racking

I feel like they haven’t even looked at my application at this point or they don’t even care and just threw it to the side lol just waiting to send a rejection in the end of may making me believe in false hope haha

@kim1298 is it a package or just mail?

@Caliweedandusc what are your stats and units completed? And are you a freshman, sophomore, or junior? And what major?

Hi I’m new to this thread, but I’ve been constantly checking this thread. I have a 4.0 (expecting 4.0 again this semester), non-TTP, applying for sophomore year, go to a private 4-year university in California and I still got nothing. Not even a spring grade request. I finished all my pre-reqs for my major last semester, did lower-division writing requirement thing (got an A on it), finished my math requirement as well (Satisfied with AP credit), so I just wanted to say I’m soooo frustrated that I literally heard nothing at this point. I will also have 50 credits after this semester. LIKE DO U FEEL ME??? Idk why I still haven’t heard anything at all.

@chlduwls There’s still a lot of us that haven’t heard anything! I’m applying for marshall as a junior transfer (55 units completed, 12 in progress). 4.0, all prereqs completed (Writing/math requirement, Calc1, Financial accounting) and 6/8 GEs completed. I guess I’m currently taking managerial accounting, which might result in an SGR or for them to take a little longer, but I think that there’s a lot of us that are perfectly qualified by USC’s standards and still don’t have anything. No SGR, No acceptance/rejection. I believe @sagaciousforever is in the same boat? But that doesn’t mean we won’t hear back soon! You’re not alone by any means!

I’m also a Marshall applicant didn’t hear back yet

Honestly kind of nervous. Im a cc student with a 3.86 gpa, and one W on my transcript. I applied to dornsife for both my 1st and 2nd choice major. I have not received any thing on my portal. Should I be worried?

I’m in the exact same boat as you @atldreamer4 @chlduwls I started bad with a 2.8-2.9 in college in 2016 and now I have gotten around 18 A’s in a row bumping my cumulative to a 3.81-3.82 and I did receive total of 4 W’s but my trend is strong and I’m taking business calc rn but no SGR or any feedback from admissions I will have 80 credits fine by this semester and I did receive 4 letter of recommendation and I have a strong background of business from my family as entrepreneurs.

How many total are on the threads that applied for Marshall? Maybe 20 total And think about it there’s hundreds of other people to thousands that aren’t on the forums so we have to stay optimistic @atldreamer4 and @chlduwls

i applied to dornsife for both first and second choice

I wonder if the admissions officers has gotten to the people who haven’t gotten any notifications yet or SGR.

More are admitted without SGR than with SGR btw. No news can be good news.
