@Brendyb10 Should be tomorrow. I am guessing Friday will be the rejection wave and some acceptances as well, but tomorrow should be the final acceptance wave only.
I got in! Applied tp Dornsife, major math. Transfer from OSU, with GPA 3.75, got an SGR and submitted at the beginning of the month.
I’m transferring from a CC in Florida lol. Not sure how my odds are looking but I submitted a visual sample I’m very proud of. I posted it on YouTube but I feel like I maybe shouldn’t have but oh well

I didn’t get an SGR but got accepted last Friday (5/24). Still hope for some of you out there. Also once you get accepted they don’t force you to commit on June 1st lol, they give you 2 weeks to decide once you’re admitted
Dornsife… Cognitive Science. NON TTP. Got a SGR on May 15 and submitted my grades today at 2pm. saw PORTAL UPDATE because i checked to see if SGR was uploaded. I have a 3.92 GPA (4.0 this semester) from top 30 school on the east coast (its a private school). IM SHOCKED i heard back 3 hours after submitting Spring Grades, but i also got a 4.0 this semester so maybe that helped? I just finished my sophomore year
I also got into UCSD and Berkeley

Hi! Not a very active member on the thread but I just got admitted!!! I applied with an Annenberg Communication major as my 1st choice but I got into Dornsife which was my 2nd. Is it gonna be difficult to change majors? I was quite set on Annenberg

@Brendyb10 In a somewhat bad attempt at a joke, there was always this one solicitor I’d see during lunch at the Ronald Tutor Campus Center. She would say something like “It would be great if you could donate $200”. She didn’t see me for just my race/ethnicity. She assumed I had the money just because I was at USC, lol.
@Becausethety That amount of units does seem like a lot. I don’t see it as a negative either, but definitely grounds for an SGR. I was taking 21 units (which was more than my CC allowed) and I got an SGR. However, I think it was more because I was taking my transferable math course.

Also, if you were accepted for Comp Sci what were your stats, and what’re you entering as? I didn’t receive a final decision, but they did ask me to mail in my Spring 2019 grades (just got them last night and requested for the transcript to be sent over asap)
