@CookieMnstr That’s what we are looking into. I don’t mind a commute, but I take public transit. That’s what makes it hard because public transit in Greater LA is absolutely terrible for having a population of 18 million people… 
I know the struggle!!! A lot of people think once the acceptance comes through, the anxiety goes away… it does not for several of us. Hopefully, things line up for you!
@zettasyntax, it’s good to hear that! I think this weird occurrence is caused by a change in counselors. My first counselor was super responsive and pleasant. I also met him during a Transfer-Tuesday session, but he disappeared from the counselor site for some reason. My second counselor has not been remotely responsive to my emails: huge bummer! Maybe the second counselor had something else in mind so she canceled my SGR. I’ll be sure to contact the office on Monday.
Do you think that–granted my appeal pans out-the time it takes to send in my spring grades will affect my chances of admission? I legitimately pleaded my CC to expedite my transcript, knowing I had a 4.0, but they said it would take 2-3 weeks to be processed.
@CookieMnstr My struggle truly began after my acceptance lol. Planning this move to LA is rough, but I’ll make it happen! The fact that I pulled off a spontaneous move across the country from NYC to Vegas and had it work out gives me some confidence in making the much shorter move from Vegas to LA work lol.
I promise that you all will see me on campus in the fall!

Does anyone know why someone gets accepted with an Undeclared major? Does it mean that the two choice majors didn’t want you but the school itself in general did?
Do you think the admission office is still working now? They are probably at home.

@Rosekk 3.88 gpa 45 credits at the time of application! 
I called earlier wondering what it would take to switch from English (Dornsife) to journalism (annenberg) and the lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful. She said “I would have to meet the annenberg cirteria”…whatever that means? Hahah I’m really excited for my acceptance because this had been a 2 year long process.
Does anyone have any info on switching to my first choice of journalism?

Regarding Dornslife, I was rejected at 5:58. For psychology and sociology. Probably both impacted.

@maddmadeline I don’t think sociology is impacted. I checked usc majors and not that many people graduated from sociology. I think I only saw two people applied for it and got in.
