@sostressed201 There is an USC logo in your letter. Click on it and you can request to join the facebook group. I am in it.
For the transfer credit report, people say usually it will be available 3 days to 2 weeks after your acceptance.

@ilovedogs0908 Did you get an email informing you about your decision or did it just pop up on your portal without notification?
Hello all, I have a question about transfer of credits and graduation plan, especially after reading message from @FemmeFilmFatale
My son received admission as a Sophomore starting in Fall 2019. He has completed 27 credits in his first year of college ( a private 4 year accredited university) majoring in Computer Science. Additionally, he also has 7 AP courses which was equivalent to 31 credits. He was admitted into Mathematics.
Do you think there’s a chance that he might end up in Freshman status if most of his courses do not transfer? If so, this will put him behind in graduation year, and it may not be worth the transfer. Appreciate any info you can share in this context.
With transfer credits, they have a large database where they look up your school and the class reported to see if the class meets a req at usc. But you have your entire first semester to appeal any transfer credit issue. They charge after one semester.
Does anyone know if it’s still possible to send in ap scores after being admitted? I was an idiot and just realized that I only sent in some of my scores lol…
Also, can ap scores affect decision making? I’m thinking no, but any answer from you guys would be appreciated too.
For those accepted, how long did it take for you all to get accepted into the Facebook group?
@lookingxaround whos your counselor?
Is anyone appealing?
@sostressed201 i sent my spring grades a week ago and my current institution said that USC received it (and its still marked as awaiting tho). did your sgr on your portal ever change to received with a green check mark before your admission decision came up?
@ramblebrisket e-mail your counselor!! As soon as I emailed mine, my SGR was processed.
@notarobot1 For me, it took two or three days. They need to make sure that you are an admitted student.
@sagaciousforever Alrighty thank you so much!
@ramblebrisket I sent mine directly to my counselor, I didn’t upload them, so she responded almost immediately and said they were added to my file. Then I was freaking out because I did not get a green check, but instead the entire awaiting SGR thing went away so I assumed I was rejected. Was about to call USC to ask why it went away the next day I got the email saying I had a status update and was in. So if yours is gone, they have it and now it is just waiting.
Does anyone have Haley Rosenspire as their counselor?
@sostressed201 did your sgr ever reappear? mine has been gone since the day I sent my grades over
@GotYa55 I have her too, but she’s not responsive at all.
any SGR people still not send their grades in yet? I Have two professors who still have not posted grades and they said they would be posted by June 1 :(. Should I email my admissions counselor who does not respond to emails?
@Doodlesack Camille Bradshaw. you?
@Steamedz Same. I’ve emailed her multiple times and she literally only responded to one of my emails… Did you send in your SGR to her yet? If so, did she reply back to you? If she isn’t responding back then should we call the admissions for a different counselor?
@zettasyntax Hi, I have a quick question about OASIS that I was hoping you could answer. When I try to access my transfer credit report, this comes up:
To date, college course work, Advanced Placement exams, or IB
scores have not been entered on your USC academic record. See
instructions below for reporting transfer courses. Exam scores
should be sent directly to USC from the testing agency.
Was I supposed to resend my transcripts to USC in order to access this? My STARS report also says I’m missing everything. I was admitted for spring, so I’m not sure if that changes anything.
